Empower Yourself: How to Fight Like A Girl and Win


When we hear news about our health, it can be shocking and hard to comprehend. Finding the balance between trusting medical experts and educating yourself is crucial.

We must remember that our internal systems aim to keep the body in optimal condition. They constantly address and "fix" issues until they can't keep up. We have the ability to support this healing process with purpose and intention. I witnessed this firsthand, and the outcomes are extraordinary.

Alongside traditional healthcare, these additional methods have yielded positive outcomes:
  • 🕯️daily meditation focused on reducing unhealthy cells
  • sound healing, which positively affects cells and nurtures the nervous system
  • essential oils specifically chosen to address issues
  • tapping for emotional support
  • qigong - remember, this practice can be performed at any age and fitness level (standing, seated, or lying down); it harmonizes the body and enhances the immune system
  • nutrition and 🛌sleep

Preventative practices (plus any of above) which we encourage are:
  • daily sunshine☀️
  • 8 hours of rest
  • water
  • go outside
  • unprocessed food, water and supplements
  • physical🤸activity throughout the day
  • community - be social (even if it's just a little bit)
  • 🎨creativity in any way . . .
