Axiatonal Alignment |Reconnection is a healing modality that opens blocked meridians and reconnects lines to allow the free flow of energies that have been trapped in our beings and restrict our movement forward. It is a comprehensive spectrum of energy, light and touch that restores unity throughout your physical health, emotional well-being, mental clarity, and spiritual awareness.

Qigong
Qigong is the oldest branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine, dating back 5000 years. "Qi" means energy and "gong" means cultivation. Qigong, therefore, helps us tend to our power and potential for healing.
Qigong combines slow flowing movement, breathwork and self-massage to balance, cultivate and harmonize our energy. It is easy to do, at any fitness level or age.
No special clothing or equipment needed.
Yoga
Gentle Hatha, Restorative and Yin Yoga are what I teach.
These types of yoga are ways to strengthen the body, hydrate the fascia and heal from the inside out.
