Embrace The Art of Letting Go In Your Life and Notice the Transformation

When we think about "letting go" what ideas form instantly:

Season of FallšŸ‚which relates in Traditional Chinese Medicine to the element of metal, color is white and the emotions are grief/courage. Working with the lungs and large intestine is key as their energy is highest during the season. Lungs oversee the skin (which is considered the second lung with the idea we breathe and release thru the skin).

Action: practice alternate nostril breathing while picturing your lungs filling with white healing light and releasing on exhale grief.


Decluttering and donating items. Autumn is an ideal season to part with belongings that no longer bring you joy.

Action: Begin by removing clothing and household items that you don't wear, dislike, or have room for. By getting rid of these things, we energetically lighten our load, creating more space.


Individuals and circumstances can be assessed, and when we notice positive or negative energy, we must release the notion that we can control it, simplyšŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļøaccept it, and determine the best course of action.

Action: We know people come in and out of our lives and those who don't inspire or lift us up are fairweather friends so having good boundaries and recognizing the signs is key says says Kaytee Gillis, LICSW in Psychology Today article.
