You Are Energy: Remember Who You Really Are🪞

In the world of qigong and self-healing, we often talk about energy, light, and the body's intelligence. But at the heart💟of all of this is a simple truth:

You are consciousness.

Your are energy.

You are vibration.

You are electricity.

You are source energy.

You are creator.

These concepts might feel big, maybe even a little unfamiliar. But this is the foundation of why practices like 🩵Good Energy Qigong and Threads of Light self-healing work so well.

When we say you are a vibrational being, we mean that you're more than a physical body. You're a field of energy that is alive, constantly moving, communicating📻, responding and creating. You're not separate from life - you are life expressing itself. And because this universe is so vibrational at its core, everything you think, feel, and focus on sends out a 📡signal. This is why qigong emphasizes, breath, intention, softness, and flow. We're not just moving - we're guiding your vibration. When you slow your breath . . .

when you relax your body . . .

when you quiet the mind . . .

when you chose a kinder, lighter thought . . .

vibration.

Your whole energy changes.

Your body responds and healing begins.
