FebWEary

A Month of Connection, Community, and Health

As we enter February, we’re launching something new and exciting: FebWEary. It’s more than just a month—it’s a movement focused on building deeper connections and strengthening our sense of community. Inspired by the transformative insights from one of our favorite books, Health Revelations from Heaven by Tommy Rosa and Stephen Sinatra, MD, FebWEary invites us to take everything we’ve learned about

health, both physical and spiritual, and apply it in meaningful ways to our lives and relationships.

In Health Revelations from Heaven, we are introduced to powerful lessons about living a holistic life, where health is not just about the body, but also the mind, spirit, and our relationships with others. It teaches us that true well-being comes when we nurture not only our physical health, but also the bonds we share with our loved ones, neighbors, and even strangers. It encourages us to embrace a community-centered approach to healing and wellness.

For the entire month of February, let’s take these revelations to heart and put them into practice. Whether it’s offering a kind word to a friend, reaching out to someone in need, or prioritizing time with family, FebWEary is about making intentional efforts to connect.

Here’s how you can get involved:

1. Reach Out: Make it a goal to reconnect with someone you haven’t talked to in a while. Whether it’s through a message, phone call, or in-person visit, fostering those relationships is key to feeling more connected.

2. Share Your Health Journey: What lessons have you learned from your own health journey? Take some time to reflect on the changes you’ve made and share them with your community, whether it’s online or with a close circle of friends.

3. Support Local Initiatives: This month, consider volunteering your time or supporting local organizations that focus on health and wellness. By investing in your local community, you’re nurturing the health of both yourself and those around you.

4. Mindful Movement: Apply the lessons of holistic health by incorporating daily movement into your routine. Whether it’s qigong, walking, or dancing, moving your body can boost your physical and mental well-being.

5. Mind-Body Connection: Take moments each day for reflection or meditation to nurture your spiritual health. A few minutes of quiet time can do wonders for your emotional balance and sense of peace.

We look forward to sharing more about our efforts to create connection and hope to inspire you to do the same! Help us put the WE in FebWEary and tell us how it goes!

Love,

Maryellen and Natalie
