Tap, Breathe & Reset 🌿
Sometimes we need movement. Sometimes we need stillness. And sometimes, we need a little help getting from one to the other.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often simply called tapping, is a gentle practice that combines focused awareness with light fingertip tapping on specific points on the face and upper body. The practice can offer a simple way to pause, tune in, and settle before moving into meditation. Rather than trying to push thoughts or feelings away, tapping invites us to notice what's present while giving the body something rhythmic and grounding to focus on.
Why Tapping + Meditation?
đź’ś
Tapping can be especially helpful when your mind feels busy or you're carrying the tension of the day. The repetitive rhythm gives you something tangible to do, while meditation that follows offers space to become quieter and simply notice. Together, the practices create a lovely progression:
✨ Tap — acknowledge what's here
🌬️ Breathe — create a little space
💜 Meditate — settle into stillness
You don't need any previous experience, special equipment, or even a perfectly quiet mind. Just bring yourself as you are.

Sometimes feeling better doesn't require doing more.
Sometimes it begins with a pause, a breath…and a tap. 🌿
