The Essential Prescription for a Happier, Healthier Lifeš©ø

I really need to read this advice from Ram Dass every day. Whew, it's powerful! As time passes, nostalgia creeps in often stirring up all kinds of good and bad feelings. This prescription is dear to me and I hear myself stating it often but . . . my human slips and slides from present to past and maybe even to future.
The observerāŗļø within me sometimes pauses, takes a deep breath, and gently urges me to stay present. If nothing else, take this with you and read 1x dailyš.
Some practices that help us calm down, savor the moment, and lead a happy life include:
being in nature
singing, dancing, watching a comedy
spending time with friends
qigong, yoga or your favorite type of movement goals
learning new things - boosting creativity
gratitude practice
sunshine, water and healthy food
and so much more.
