How to Practice

  • Sit comfortably with shoulders relaxed and feet touching floor.

  • Close your eyes and take a few slow, gentle breaths.

  • Inhale deeply through your nose.

  • As you exhale, keep your lips gently closed and make a soft, steady humming sound like a bee.

  • Feel the vibration in your face, throat, and chest.

  • Repeat for 5–10 breaths, allowing each exhale to be slow and steady.

When you finish, sit quietly for a few moments and notice how your body and mind feel.
