Living each day with positive intention đââď¸can "make or break" you. We believe that how we think and what we say has an impact on our health and happiness.
Here's some tips that work for us:
-Createđmorning rituals: step outside|feel sunshine|observe nature.
-Set a positive intention for your day - an example we use in qigong classes: "may this day be powered by love and âŽď¸peace."
-Hang out with good people who make you laugh and lift your spiritđ¤¸.
-Practice qigong and move with your breath, building good energy.
-IncludeđŞsound in your toolkit along with gratitude journalingđ.
-When people say đ˘or do something that doesn't sit well with you, don't stew about it just let the story and angst flow through you and simply let go of it.
A life-changing reminder and practice is to identify what or who uplifts your spirit and brightens your soul, keep them near, and release everything else. Qigong teaches us how to go with the flow and to raise our vibrations and find harmony in body, mind and spirit.
